We ran around the city, headed north (417) and back down along the river (highway 22, 9, 49 and 38). It was amazing the country and farmland so close to Ottawa.
Chris mentioned a great place he visited along the St Lawrence River - only 80 kms south of the city - so off we went !
What a great drive. All you do is get on Bank Street (that starts in downtown Ottawa and stay on it all the way to Morrisburg !
It is not disappointing !!
